You may use PeppermintProfile only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your activity on the site and for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Accounts are available only to people who are at least 16 years old. If you are 16 or 17, you may create and use an account only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Keep your sign-in information confidential and use reasonable care to protect your account. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Tell us through Support if you believe your account or the site has been accessed or used without authorization. We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm your identity or protect the account.

You retain the rights you have in content you submit, publish, upload, or send through PeppermintProfile. You are responsible for that content and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

By providing content, you permit PeppermintProfile to host, store, copy, process, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate the site, honor your available settings and directions, protect the service, and comply with law. Public content may be viewed and shared by others according to the way you publish it.

The site, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content provided by PeppermintProfile, is owned by PeppermintProfile or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms allow you to use the site for its intended purposes. They do not transfer ownership of the site or permit you to copy, modify, sell, license, or exploit PeppermintProfile content except as allowed by law or with prior permission.

You may not use PeppermintProfile to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person or business.
• Post, send, or promote unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or exploitative content or activity.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the site except where PeppermintProfile expressly permits it or applicable law requires access.
• Circumvent limits, safety controls, or access restrictions, or help others do so.

PeppermintProfile may link to or interact with websites, resources, or services operated by others. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.

PeppermintProfile is evolving. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to improve or protect the service, respond to law or security concerns, or manage operations. We do not promise that every feature will always be available.

We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or end access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to address a violation of these Terms or other published rules, protect users or the service, comply with law, or respond to a security risk. You may stop using PeppermintProfile at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, PeppermintProfile is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that all content supplied by users or third parties will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, PeppermintProfile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the site.

PeppermintProfile’s liability is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory rights and protections available under applicable law remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as PeppermintProfile changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
