PeppermintProfile is built for small businesses and the people behind them.

PeppermintProfile is for people building and running their own business—whether they work alone, with a small team, or operate a locally owned franchise. Large corporations and investment-controlled companies aren’t eligible.

At PeppermintProfile, we believe a business begins with a person. You don’t need a storefront, employees, or a large income for your work to matter. Whether you babysit, walk dogs, sell handmade goods, provide a service, or run a shop, you’re building something of your own—and it deserves to be seen and supported.

PeppermintProfile gives all of your profiles one dependable place to call home. We won’t remove you because an algorithm changes or because you become unpopular. If you follow the law and treat the community honestly and safely, the home you build here is yours to keep growing.

PeppermintProfile is a seller-supportive marketplace. Buyers deserve to receive what they paid for, and sellers deserve fair protection from false claims, abusive returns, and damaged merchandise. Neither side is automatically presumed right; disputes are decided using clear rules and evidence.
